1. Contracting party

Your contracting party is Selina Gaertner, Auwaldstr. 1, 79110 Freiburg, Germany. The service is offered under the brand Selina Gaertner Consulting. It is addressed to businesses only, not to consumers.

2. The service

You upload a document and describe a scenario. From this the service produces an AI-generated simulation: invented people discuss your scenario over a defined number of rounds. The result is a report about that discussion.

3. What the result is, and what it is not

The report is an AI-generated simulation of possible reactions. It is not market research, not a survey of real people, not a forecast and no guarantee of any outcome. The people in it are invented, even where they are modelled on real roles. Decisions based on it remain yours.

4. Your documents

You confirm that you are entitled to use the uploaded content and that no third-party rights conflict with it. Do not upload health or patient data or any other special category of personal data. We use your documents solely to provide the service and not to train any model. See Privacy for retention periods and recipients.

5. Rights in the result

The report is yours. You may use it freely inside your company, pass it on and quote from it. If you publish it in whole or in part, please mark it as an AI-generated simulation.

6. Free trial

The free trial is available once per person and once per company. There is no entitlement to it. We may suspend it at any time, for example in case of misuse or overload.

7. Paid runs and withdrawal

For paid simulations we begin execution only after your explicit confirmation. Because the service is tailored to your input, any right of withdrawal expires when the simulation starts. We point this out separately during checkout.

8. If something goes wrong

If a run fails for reasons within our responsibility, we repeat it free of charge or refund the amount paid. Further claims exist only in cases of intent or gross negligence and in case of a breach of essential contractual obligations; in that case liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

9. Availability

We aim for continuous operation but do not owe it. Maintenance and outages of individual services may cause interruptions.

10. Governing law and place of jurisdiction

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany, provided you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.
