The important part first
When you upload a document, its content is transmitted to a language model so that the simulation can derive personas and reactions from it. That language model is operated by IONOS SE in their data centre in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The content does not leave the European Union and is not used for training.
Please do not upload health data, patient data or any other special category of personal data under Art. 9 GDPR. Roles and functions are enough for your scenario; real names of third parties are not needed.

Data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are in place with all processors. No transfer to third countries takes place.
Audience measurement without cookies
We use Plausible. It sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and builds no profiles. Only page views are counted. This is why there is no consent banner here: it would not be required.

Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Write to mail@selinagaertner.com and we will answer within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Wuerttemberg, Germany.

This site is served over an encrypted connection (TLS) only. The server's administration interface is not reachable from the internet.
